The Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita was initially established in 1983. Since that time we have housed hundreds of women and children at our shelter. We would like to extend an opportunity to our community to help with the financial need of the shelter.
It takes an average of $170,000/year to keep our shelter running (including staffing, food, clothing, electricity, etc)
This breaks down to about $14,200/month!!
Transportation for shelter client
Shelter repair and maintenance
Shelter telephone and internet
Shelter office supplies
By becoming a Friend of the Shelter you can help provide necessary funding to keep the shelter open and operating!!
